Spacious room with view overlooking the sea and the town.

For the price paid, it's worth to spend the night here.

Really hard to come up with one - I guess it is cheap and it is better than sleeping on the streets.

The bathroom was dirty, you can see moulds on the wall. The carpet was terrible - you can see dirt on the floor so forget about the ones you can’t see! In our room there were iron marks. Paints were peeling off the wall you can tell that it has not been looked after in a long time. Very sad to see considering this is supposed to be the best hotel in the city.

1.) Air Condition for Room No: 1009 fan speed problem. 2.) Shower room facilities lack of maintenance and without holder for keep shower gel or shampoo. 3.) Without provide additional glass instead of coffee cup. 4.) Hotel guest without provide free car parking in front hotel parking space. 5.) Sound insulation in between upper floor & under floor. 6.) Washbowl unclean.

The staff were helpful and tried their best to accommodate our requests. I think this is the only hotel which is used for its facilities for groups and corporate functions.

Safe in the room not working. Request to check it not attended to. Kettle has to be requested and not placed in the room. Room was a bit small. The swimming pool is located outside the hotel. First time in a hotel where one has to pay for a lost entry card to the room!!

Breakfast was amazing. Good choice of food and delicious, with an amazing view.

The carpet in the room had burnt stains on it. And the toilet could use a good scrub.

All ok front desk staff..but inside the room no kittle,And no so clean. This is my 3rd experience..last time i stayed ..inside the room no towel..until 6.45pm then housekeeping staff send to my room after my wife calling the operator

I was hoping for improvement in term of furnishing inside the room since the hotel is re-branding from the old one (Promenede). Its because i already stay in (Promenede) before for several times. The spa at level 5 should be more professional. The workers are not wearing proper uniform and its very sexy. Suggest the hotel should take proper action of this situation to ensure the image of the hotel. Thanks

Amazing staycation with warm and efficient Ms Mawarti from the front counter. She is really helpful and help us to upgrade our room when we extend our stay. I would like to compliment her effort for making our stay one memorable trip. On top of that, their room service meals are delicious. My kids enjoyed their chicken burger set and I really enjoyed the fruit platter. The fruits are fresh and portion can be shared with two person. On second day, something happen with our connecting room because my kids play with the door. They unfortunetly secure lock the door and close the connecting room thus we cannot open the door as the secure lock stuck but we are really grateful the technician help us. We would like to compliment the technician as well but we forget to ask his name. Overall, we really love the hotel and the facilities. On side note, we also tried the spa service at level 5. The staffs are good and they massage us well and I really happy with their service but their clothes were inappropriate and not professional (if you know what I meant ) I hope that they will change this and provide appropriate uniform for their staff as with the clothes they wearing they can easily invite sexual harrasment from their customer. I am saying this as a concern for the young girl.

Car parked at hotel lot is chargeable every time you re-park. Room carpet is extremely dirty n smell bad. Toilet stink Very old building even shopping center is dead n foul smell

Newly upgraded hotel. The air conditioner so cold and give you more convenient stay. Got small room but it is just fit nicely.
